1. What rental configurations are available?
Half venue and full venue. The half venue is divided by a full ceiling-height curtain and works well for events up to approximately 300 guests (seated). Full venue scales to 1,000 guests standing and 500 seated.
2. How does parking work?
The Hall has a dedicated 285-space parking lot exclusively for events. Valet is required and can be coordinated through the venue or an outside valet service. A guest-paid valet option is available.
3. Is the venue climate-controlled?
Yes. Air conditioning is available throughout the space.
4. Is drive-in access available for load-in?
Yes. The Hall has drive-in vehicle access, which accommodates large production builds, vehicle integrations, and heavy equipment.
4. Can we bring our own AV and production vendors?
Yes. The Hall does not provide in-house AV or production equipment. You source your own vendors with no restrictions.

The Hall's historical build wows guests the moment they walk in — which means your brand activation starts working before anything is staged. Drive-in access allows vehicle integrations, large installations, and heavy load-ins without the logistical constraints of a traditional event center
Product Launches
The Hall's blank space give you full control over guest flow. Registration and arrival in one zone, a staged reveal in another, dining or networking in a third. The mezzanine works as a photography vantage point or secondary activation level. No predetermined layout means the room is built around your rollout sequence, not the other way around.
Watch Parties & Film Screenings
Fully climate-controlled, capacity for up to 1,000, and available for private watch parties, corporate hospitality buyouts, and film screenings. With Houston hosting seven FIFA World Cup 2026 matches and a 39-day fan festival in EaDo — blocks from The Hall — summer 2026 dates are limited.
