What rental configurations are available?
Half venue and full venue. The half venue is divided by a full ceiling-height curtain and works well for events up to approximately 300 guests (seated). Full venue scales to 1,000 guests standing and 500 seated.
How does parking work?
The Hall has a dedicated 285-space parking lot exclusively for events. Valet is required and can be coordinated through the venue or an outside valet service. A guest-paid valet option is available.
Is the venue climate-controlled?
Yes. Air conditioning is available throughout the space.
Is drive-in access available for load-in?
Yes. The Hall has drive-in vehicle access, which accommodates large production builds, vehicle integrations, and heavy equipment.
Are there catering exclusives?
No. Every caterer and bar program is your choice. The Hall has no exclusive contracts of any kind.
Can we bring our own AV and production vendors?
Yes. The Hall does not provide in-house AV or production equipment. You source your own vendors with no restrictions.
Is there a private space for speakers or executives?
Yes. The green room provides a private space for speakers, talent, or executives separate from the main event floor.
