The Immersive Experience Venue Houston's Experiential Companies Have Been Looking For
Immersive experiences have specific requirements that most Houston venues can't meet. The build needs vertical space — not just square footage. Equipment needs to drive in, not carry in through a hallway. The space needs to be blank enough that the world being created inside it doesn't compete with an existing aesthetic. The Hall at Ironworks gives experiential companies in Houston all of it — 16,800 square feet of raw industrial space with 28-foot ceilings, drive-in access, an operational crane, full climate control, and a location on the Ironworks Campus in EaDo that puts the experience in the middle of a neighborhood that already draws the right audience.

What Clients Need to Know
HALF VENUE
Up to 300 guests
The Hall divides by curtain, creating a self-contained immersive environment within the larger building. The mezzanine remains fully accessible above. For immersive experiences where the world being built is intentionally contained — where the boundary of the experience is part of the design — the half venue retains every inch of the building's vertical scale while giving the production a defined perimeter to work within. The curtain changes the footprint. The 28-foot ceilings, the crane, the industrial architecture — none of that changes.
FULL VENUE
Up to 1,000 guests
The entire building opens as one uninterrupted production environment. No curtain, no division — 16,800 square feet of raw industrial space with the mezzanine integrated into the experience above the floor. For immersive builds that use height as much as square footage, that require multiple zones to coexist within a single world, or that need the full scale of the building to exist the way they were designed — the full venue is the only configuration that doesn't ask the concept to compromise.
