The Live Performance Venue Houston's Creative Community Has Been Waiting For

The difference between a live performance and a live experience is usually the room. A 1935 historic building with 28-foot ceilings, exposed steel, and natural acoustics gives Houston's intimate performances — classical evenings, jazz sets, comedy shows, choir concerts, live productions — a setting that makes the ticket feel worth it before the show even starts.

What Event Planners Need to Know:

HALF VENUE

Up to 300 guests

The Hall divides by curtain into a self-contained performance environment within the larger building — and nothing of the building's grandeur is lost in the division. The mezzanine remains fully accessible above. Twenty-eight feet of industrial architecture overhead, natural light falling across a blank floor, and a guest count intimate enough that the performance commands the room rather than disappears inside it.

FULL VENUE

Up to 1,000 guests

The entire building opens for performances built around scale. The full 16,800 square feet, the mezzanine integrated into the production, the complete architectural vocabulary of a nationally registered 1935 industrial building available to the performer and the production team behind them. At full capacity, the space brings a weight to a live performance that purpose-built venues spend years trying to manufacture.

   PERKS
01
Private Suite

A private suite is available for the talent to prepare, separate from the main floor.

02
Blank Canvas

The blank canvas interior means the decoration, the color palette, and the aesthetic vision for the evening are entirely the family's. The space becomes whatever the quinceañera calls for.

03
No Exclusivities

No exclusive catering contracts means you choose the food and beverage experience that fits your event — not the venue's preferred partners. Your caterer, your menu, your bar program.

04
Valet

300-spot dedicated valet lot handles the guest arrival experience without parking becoming a concern the night before the wedding.

A venue minutes from Downtown Houston

Downtown convenience meets neighborhood character. The Hall sits on the Ironworks Campus, a neighborhood hub of local businesses and amenities.
